Theres a bug to set the alarm that makes the app close when I try to set it. Otherwise the app is good.

Great app but wish there was more.

I bought Smart Wristband V2.3. The print on the user’s manual is so small I had to use a magnifier to read it. There was no charger included in the box although I could insert one end of the watch directly into my 5V USB charger. After it was charged I tried multiple times and multiple methods to connect to the app via Bluetooth on my iPhone 12 with zero success. The device is useless without the connection to the app. The only support I can find is in Chinese which I cannot read/speak.

This is a great starter watch for someone (like me) who has never used a smart watch. ( especially one that can track your steps an your heart rate) good starter watch 😄

It really good and it does time/Steps/etc but it used to say Text messages. Please fix this. You will get a full 5 star when this is fixed. Thank you ! Update the app + including the watch

I wish if you support Arabic language also ..I will be thankful

This is by far the worst app ever! It wouldn't log me in didn't recognize my password and then told me I wasn’t registered! After I had synced and used it seamlessly for two days! It kept saying when trying to open it that it wasn't synced with my watch when it was! So I re-downloaded and it refused to log me in. I give up this is pure junk.

“SmartWristband” is the OLDER version, the NEWER version is SmartWristband2, both are Firmware V028, and there is no noticeable difference between the various options, etc., within the two Apps. CURRENT ISSUES: •If you bought an “S3 Smart Watch”, know that BOTH the older and newer version of the Apps: (SmartWristband + SmartWristband2), Are currently having the issue that it “FAILED to REGISTER” “could not connect to server” •The ability to contact Support within the iTunes App Store, using the “App Support” is NOT working, clicking that, only takes You to the KKasong Page, which is in Chinese, and the Translate to English option does not work+Neither does Google Translate. While You will NOT be able to save Your data online, You CAN still use the App, just select “SKIP”, and the App will take You to the internal screens. ***UPDATE: 01/28/19=Don’t assume Your Registration did NOT go through, because When I attempted to Register again today, I received a, ‘Account Already Exists’, so I went ahead and attempted to log-in with my email address+password I used when I initially attempted to sign-up & it worked‼️😁👍🏻’ FYI, there really is not a difference between the SmartWristband (OR) SmartWristband2 Apps INTERNAL OPTIONS: •HOME:Exercise,Sleep, Heart Rate •EXERCISE:Jump Rope, Treadmill, Jumping Jack, Sit Ups, Basic Exercise Tracking, and Your Exercise History •DEVICE:Message Notification, Alarm Settings, Sedentary Reminder, Find Wristband, Wristband Remote Control, ‘More Settings’,(Find Lost Phone, Home Screen Option, Sleep Preference, Do Not Disturb, Screen On, Clear Data, Update Device), and Unpair •PERSONAL:Personal Info, Exercise Target, Apple Health, Help, About, Feedback, and Login (login isn’t currently working for those who without a previously created/registered account)

App is very useful and I appreciate your hard work and development though I wish you added more exercise options such as indoor biking, squats, and even though it track steps maybe even walking so that we can track our walking workouts etc... thanks again

This is the fifth time it has unpaired from the Bluetooth. I’ve tried everything I can to repair it with no success. I believe I just got lucky because I have no idea what happened when it did sync. It could really stand some work. It doesn’t pair accurately with the iPhone health app, at times it believes I’m riding a bike; when I’m not. Help, please. Please?

I got my first notification someone was calling me it’s only happened once and never get text notifications I love my watch it is supposed to notify me right?

I was trying to sync the watch to the app today and it didn't move past 0%. I have had this issue before and turning off both devices worked. Now, it won't. I have logged myself out of the app to see if that will help and now I can't log back in. I also can't recover my password. This is starting to become irritating. Is anyone else having this issue?

The FIX for the flashback to the home page on this app never stopped the problem. Try, agin... when is this problem going to be rectified? No sense trying to use / load the app, It's worthless. Who else is experiencing this same issue? I'm finding that new technology sometimes is a pain in the kester... Just for a moment I thought the problem had been rectified, the initial problem still exists. I.E. App doesn't load, always returns to the home page.

I love the color and size of the SmartWristband. It’s bright enough to see during the day or outside unlike some of the other fitbits. I just can’t seem to get the “awake” to show in the chart with the light and dark sleep times. Wish there was a way you didn’t have to go through the whole list to exit back to the home screen from the other options. There are very little instructions explaining how the watch it to be done and set up - and hard to find any help with issues like this one. Overall for the price and the stylish look this is nice but does need some work on the syncing and instructions for QandA’s

But last update erased all my data I had before this update. If it keeps doing this I will not be using this again. Before the last update I would have given 5 stars but now 2.

I cannot get my iPhone 6s to get any sms notifications even though I have it enabled on the app. Need to make the weather to be able to be displayed in Fahrenheit also.

I got the watch off wish for about $10. It quickly and easily synced to my phone. It was easy to set my preferences in the app. So far it has done everything as said. It’ll start my music on my phone from the watch and you do have to get into the camera from the app for the watch to take the pic but that’s easy enough. I’m very happy with it so far!

If you want to track your steps or measure your heart rate, fine. Anything else, you’re wasting your time. Spent an hour doing water aerobics. Tried to use the “jumping jacks” exercise as a comparable activity. It timed my activity (on the phone app) but didn’t calculate any other data - including calories burned. From what I could tell, wearing the device during exercising did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to measure data - which was the reason I purchased it!! Also, CAN NOT turn off text/Twitter/Facebook/etc. notifications. The instructions say you can, but they are wrong. VERY irritating. Would NOT purchase again if I hadn’t already bought a second one as a backup. Waste of money. However, it DID function (stay powered on) well in water, for what it’s worth, during my hour long water aerobics class! 🤷🏼‍♀️

This watch is the biggest joke I have seen. The enclosed instructions are mostly in Korean. Cannot understand the English instructions. Tried to download the instructions from the web, but cannot accomplish this either. Let the buyer beware!!!!! !!!!!

Bought the fitness bracelet and was told that with this app is would synchronize to my Apple health app and it does not. Not happy.

This app has great sync feature and can detect your heart rate at the push of a button, but it does need some work, it would be good if this information collected could sync to Apple Heath especially the sleep analysis, it would be great to have that feature I currently have a Apple Watch and this smart band on the other, I bought a $10 fitness band at target and it syncs to Apple Heath but it would be great of this had a sync feature to Apple Health and syncs it automatically, the UI could be a little improved as well, it could tell you more in depth sleep analysis as of for example when your in a deep sleep or awake or light sleep, it does the now but could use work and the app has great potential and know the developer of this app is Chinese so we may or may not get the Apple sync feature but would be great additional to this app

How do you put on music on the watch?

I ordered my "Smart Wristband" from China via AliExpress for $19.98 including shipping after thinking about getting the big FitBit for almost $200. This is the app that goes with the Smart Wristband, and it's been great! It does all the same things and the app is easy to navigate. I haven't noticed any bugs. Glad I didn't splurge on the expensive name brand.

Like the app, but it's missing things. Such as a way to display the full features in the settings for the actual wrist tracker. Tracker has hidden settings that user needs to discover. I need to turn off text display during sleep hours, so I don't get bugged while I sleep. Either way, please update and display as transparent to the customer. Also will the firmware update hose my tracker?

The setup was super easy. It was obvious how to charge the watch. Most of it is very easy to figure out. Other things such as the cycling options leave plenty for guessing. Watch ($20) and app (free) work as expected and advertised. No real complaints other than no operating manual available. **reduced rating to 2 stars because the wristband loses Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone frequently; this apparently only happens when the application is running.

It took a long time for me to discover how to charge this item. I'm still trying to link it to my iPhone. AAARRRGGGG!!!!

Closing itself every 20 second, very disturbing and couldn't connect the wristband.

The application does not work very well ... open for 30 seconds or less and come out ... I am very disturbed by such application.
